House Policy
- Tables are held for 15 minutes from the booked time.
- Tables up to 6 people have a duration of 2 hours. Tables from 7 up to 12 people and above have a duration of 2 hours 30 minutes.
- Our dress code is smart. We encourage our guests to refrain from athletic attires, shorts and flip-flops.
- The restaurant is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.
- Taking photos or videos for other guests or employees without permission is prohibited.
- Smoking is prohibited all over the restaurant premises, including electronic cigarettes.
- Pets are prohibited within the restaurant, with the exception of guide dogs.
- Please let us know if you or your guests have dietary requirements or allergens.
- There is a 24-hour cancelation policy, late cancelation or failure to show will incur an £35 per person charge.
- The booking will be canceled for any delay of 15 minutes and above.
- Maximum table occupation time is as follows: 2 hours (2-4 guests) 3 hours (5-6 guests) 4 hours (7 guests and above).
- Guests must follow the local customs and the “Public Behavior Guidelines” issued by the local authorities.
- Dress code: casual & formal attires, local traditional thobe & abaya are welcomed. Athletic attire, Shorts, slippers, pajamas are not allowed.
- Coffee & Desserts are served after a lunch or dinner meal. We apologize for serving coffee and desserts only.
- Taking photos or videos for other guests or employees is not allowed.
- The restaurant is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.
- Smoking is not allowed all over the restaurant premises, including electronic cigarettes.
- Bringing food or beverages from outside the restaurant is not permitted.
- We apologize for not reserving a specific table. Table assignment is based on availability, capacity, and the number of guests.
- Children are welcomed with their parents or guardians given that they will be kept quiet to avoid disturbing other guests.
- Children Safety inside the restaurant is the sole responsibility of their guardians and should not be left unescorted wandering around in the restaurant.
