House Policy

  1. Tables are held for 15 minutes from the booked time.
  2. Tables up to 6 people have a duration of 2 hours. Tables from 7 up to 12 people and above have a duration of 2 hours 30 minutes.
  3. Our dress code is smart. We encourage our guests to refrain from athletic attires, shorts and flip-flops.
  4. The restaurant is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.
  5. Taking photos or videos for other guests or employees without permission is prohibited.
  6. Smoking is prohibited all over the restaurant premises, including electronic cigarettes.
  7. Pets are prohibited within the restaurant, with the exception of guide dogs.
  8. Please let us know if you or your guests have dietary requirements or allergens.
  9. There is a 24-hour cancelation policy, late cancelation or failure to show will incur an £35 per person charge.
  1. The booking will be canceled for any delay of 15 minutes and above.
  2. Maximum table occupation time is as follows: 2 hours (2-4 guests) 3 hours (5-6 guests) 4 hours (7 guests and above).
  3. Guests must follow the local customs and the “Public Behavior Guidelines” issued by the local authorities.
  4. Dress code: casual & formal attires, local traditional thobe & abaya are welcomed. Athletic attire, Shorts, slippers, pajamas are not allowed.
  5. Coffee & Desserts are served after a lunch or dinner meal. We apologize for serving coffee and desserts only.
  6. Taking photos or videos for other guests or employees is not allowed.
  7. The restaurant is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.

  9. Bringing food or beverages from outside the restaurant is not permitted.
  10. We apologize for not reserving a specific table. Table assignment is based on availability, capacity, and the number of guests.
  11. Children are welcomed with their parents or guardians given that they will be kept quiet to avoid disturbing other guests.
  12. Children Safety inside the restaurant is the sole responsibility of their guardians and should not be left unescorted wandering around in the restaurant.
